When can I get next day delivery?
If you live in the UK, you can get next day delivery if you order before 4:50pm Monday - Friday.
You can also qualify for Free Next Day AM Delivery if you spend over £100 & order before 4:50pm!
Saturday delivery is also available if you order before 4:50pm on a Friday.
Please note: If an item is out of stock, please try and order before 3:30pm to ensure you get the product in the time frame displayed.
Can I return an item?
If you have received an item which is defective, please let us know within 14 days to receive a correct alternative or a credit in full.
Returned goods that are not defective will be subject to a 20% return handling charge being deducted from the original purchase price. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date or no credit will be offered.
