1. Realising how much time you waste placing numerous orders per month.

When you are constantly running your machines and going through tools like no tomorrow, you are going to be placing a lot of orders with us. Averagely by phone, it takes 2-3 minutes to place an order. Via our website, it is about 90 seconds (if you know what you want). This may not seem like a lot, but if you are placing loads of orders per month, it could soon add up! 

2. Get in touch with us for a solution.

3. Discuss your tooling needs for general use.

Our team members will discuss your options, suggesting to you a Protool Vending Machine. You will get asked a few questions on what sort of tools you order regularly and use regularly, that you would like to hold stock of.

4. Create a stock order.

After this discussion, you will then sit down and send over a list of all the tools you would like. Which would then get confirmed with our tooling expert.

5. Confirm quantities and grades.

The tooling expert will then arrange a phone call with you to discuss quantities on those tools and which grades you would like.

6. Whilst you wait, your vending machine will be getting filled up.

Once all confirmed, we will get all the tools you have requested and fill up your own vending machine with all your tools!

7. Your vending machine will arrive to your workshop, accompanied by a skilled team member to show you how it works.

8. Ready to use!

All set! You can now begin using your vending machine, and realise how easy it is to use!

9. Once a tool is used, an automatic email is sent to us to reorder that tool.

The automatic reordering begins as soon as you log the first tool out. On 2 selected days of your choice, the emails will get put into deliveries and sent out to you, for you to restock the vending.
