BT40 Shrink Fit Chucks are specially designed to provide a secure and precise tool-holding solution for high-speed machining applications. With a G2.5 precision rating, these chucks offer excellent tool concentricity and minimal runout, ensuring accurate and consistent results. Operating at a maximum speed of 25,000 RPM, they are capable of handling demanding machining tasks with ease. The shrink fit design utilizes heat expansion to firmly grip the tool shank, providing excellent stability and vibration damping properties. This enhances machining performance by reducing tool deflection and improving surface finish.

What time are we open?
We are open Monday to Friday and able to dispatch orders between 8am and 5pm (up to 4.30 pm on Fridays).
What delivery services do we offer?
To mainland UK we offer FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £50 ex vat*. For orders under £50 ex vat we offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.50
- DPD Standard Next Day - £7.50
- DPD Next Day Pre 12 - £12.50
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm - £12.50
- DPD Next Day Pre 10am - £20
We also offer Saturday delivery for those that require it, if you order before 4.30 pm on a Friday.
