Trade Account Questions
Do I need a trade account to order?
No. Anyone can order from the site and pay by card. A trade account is worth having if you buy regularly: it puts your agreed pricing on your login, keeps your order history and saved lists in one place, and lets you pay on account if you hold credit terms with us.
How do I get trade pricing on my login?
Apply using the link on this page and tell us about your business. We set your pricing against your account and email you once it is live, usually the same working day.
Can I pay on account?
If you hold a 30-day end-of-month credit account with us, choose Pay on Account at checkout and your order goes onto your statement. If you do not have credit terms yet, card payment works exactly as it does today, and you can apply for an account at any time.
Can I see live stock levels?
Yes. Stock is shown on the product pages, so you know what is available before you commit to an order. If something is out of stock, call the trade desk on 01732 887334 and we will give you a lead time.
I have forgotten my password. What now?
Use the "Forgotten your password?" link above and we will email you a link to set a new one. If the email does not arrive, check your junk folder, then give us a call.
