The Widin Live Centre is a full-tipped dead center designed for precise turning on lathes. It provides steady, true center support for long workpieces, helping to minimize deflection and deliver smoother finishes during high-speed operation.
Sized for LM-A Morse taps and designated as No.2, this unit is built for durable, reliable performance with quick, secure mounting on standard spindle setups. Its exacting runout specifications support repeatable results across a range of turning tasks.
- Ultra-low runout for true concentricity: Precision runout of 0.00012" to 0.0002" (0.003mm–0.005mm) ensures consistent centering and smoother surface finishes.
- Full-tipped design for better contact and longer tip life: The full-tipped point distributes load more evenly, reducing wear and chatter for steadier performance and longer service life.
- Broad Morse taper compatibility (No.1–No.7): Flexible mounting across a wide range of lathes, making setup quick and enabling use on multiple machines without changing centers.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
