A Returns Policy with No Surprises

Here is what to expect if you need to send something back.

  • 14-Day Return Window

    Return items within 14 days of delivery, using tracked postage and with the completed returns form in the parcel.

  • Faulty Goods

    Report a fault in writing within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a credit.

  • Ordered in Error

    Unused items in their original packaging can be returned, subject to a 20% handling fee. Original delivery charges are not refunded.
