14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items. Use tracked postage and include the completed returns form in your parcel.
Defective Goods
If an item arrives faulty, report it in writing within 14 days. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a credit note — whichever works best for you.
Ordered in Error
If you ordered the wrong item, returns are accepted subject to a 20% handling fee. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
