Axicoat Medium flute length (5-8xD) - T3120 Series
This Series is a range of high-performance drills designed for precision drilling in a wide range of materials. These drills feature a medium flute length of 5-8 times the diameter, making them ideal for drilling in tight spaces or where hole depth is limited. The drills are coated with Axicoat, a proprietary coating that provides exceptional wear resistance, reduced friction, and increased tool life. The coating also improves chip flow and helps prevent chip build-up, reducing the risk of tool breakage and improving drilling efficiency. The T3120 series is available in a range of sizes from 0.3mm to 3.0mm, and each drill is precision ground for excellent accuracy and consistency. These drills are suitable for use in a range of materials, including High Alloyed Steels, Stainless Steel, Titanium Alloy and Nickel Alloy.
