The Robert Charles Single Flute Countersink 90° – M35 HSS-E 5% Cobalt – Metric is designed for precise countersinking, chamfering, and deburring of metric holes while delivering excellent surface finish and durability. Manufactured from premium M35 HSS-E with 5% cobalt, this tool offers increased heat resistance, higher hardness, and extended tool life, making it suitable for machining tougher materials such as stainless steel, alloy steels, and non-ferrous metals. M35 cobalt steel is specifically developed to improve cutting performance and longevity compared with standard HSS tooling.
