Vortex jaws and jaw accessories for Kitagawa-style power chucks, 60° pitch. Soft jaws are machined to the exact shape of the part you're gripping for a distortion-free hold on odd or delicate shapes; hard jaws are pre-hardened for general work; aluminium pie jaws are a lighter option for high-speed work where jaw mass matters.

High Precision (KM series) soft jaws hold tighter runout than standard soft jaws, worth the upgrade if you're holding to a tight tolerance. T-nuts are the fixing hardware that secures jaws to the chuck body.

Sizes run from 10" chucks upward, with 16mm and 18mm keyway options depending on chuck size — check your chuck's keyway width before ordering.
