Description

This precision universal inspection vice is designed for engineers, machinists, buyers, tradespeople, hobbyists, and quality-control teams who need reliable, repeatable clamping for small parts during measurement and setup. It combines versatile jaw options with precise positioning to streamline inspection workflows and improve consistency across tasks.

Equipped with a chuck that features reversible clamping jaws, it covers a wide external range of 0.8–63 mm and an internal range of 23–58 mm. The unit provides full 360° horizontal rotation with a fine 0.05° graduation and a 45° vertical tilt with the same precision, allowing you to position parts exactly where you need them. An adjustable vertical knob makes micro-adjustments quick and repeatable.

  • Wide clamping range with reversible jaws: Clamp a broad spectrum of small parts (0.8–63 mm external, 23–58 mm internal) without swapping fixtures, improving setup speed and versatility.
  • Precise rotational and angular adjustability: 360° horizontal rotation and 45° vertical tilt with 0.05° graduations enable accurate, repeatable positioning for complex inspection and alignment tasks.
  • Durable, high-precision chuck: Runout <0.05 mm at test position (within 50 mm of jaws); tool steel construction with hardness HRc56–58 ensures dependable performance and long service life.

This inspection vice delivers dependable accuracy, straightforward setup, and robust construction, helping you reduce measurement time, improve result consistency, and maintain tight tolerances across demanding inspection and assembly tasks.
