VCOIL Thread Repair Workshop Kit delivers a complete BSW 1/4"–1/2" thread repair system, built for maintenance professionals and small-batch production tasks.
- Size range: BSW thread repairs from 1/4" to 1/2" included, covering the most commonly used sizes in workshops.
- Inserts standard: Wire Thread Inserts DIN 8140 with ISO 2 tolerance (6H), Type S for smooth, free-running threads.
- Material: Durable stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life.
- Surface treatment: Thread Armour Plating designed for materials with low shear strength to improve grip and durability.
- Included case: Compact, organized case that holds the popular dimensions for quick-access repairs.
- Rework capability: Enables recovery of rejected items, reducing waste and saving costs in repair workflows.
- Applications: Ideal for maintenance, installation, and small-series production where robust internal threads are needed.
The kit helps you restore thread integrity quickly without replacing entire components, minimizing downtime and extending the life of components. Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
