The VCOIL Inserting Tools with Hex Drive are designed to simplify installing metric thread inserts into new holes using your existing machining setup. To use, securely screw the insert onto the installation tool, then trigger the machine to wind the insert into the new thread. This simple, two-step process delivers precise, repeatable results with minimal handling.
- Secure screw-on mounting: Screw the insert onto the installation tool securely to keep it aligned from setup through installation, reducing misalignment and scrap.
- Two-step, machine-assisted process: With the insert attached, simply engage your machine and the tool winds the insert into the thread with controlled depth for speed and accuracy.
- Rugged hex drive and 1/2" connector: The hex drive provides a solid, slip-free grip, while the 1/2" connector ensures compatibility with a wide range of equipment for quick integration.
This tool streamlines thread insert installation, helping you complete assemblies faster with consistent results. Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
