The Cp Gratex C30 Deburring Blade is a compact, Ø3.2 mm HSS hardened heavy-duty swivel blade designed to automatically deburr both inner and outer edges of sheet metal holes up to 10 mm thick. It’s built to handle metals with hardness below 35 HRC and plastics, delivering clean, consistent edges in a single pass.
Laser marked for quick identification and crafted for right-hand users, this blade offers confident control and reliable results across everyday fabrication tasks, maintenance work, and hobby projects.
- Dual-edge deburring in one pass: Simultaneously smooths inner and outer hole edges, reducing step-by-step deburring and speeding up production.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
