Description
Baer Round Cutting Die in BSP, left-hand threading, sized at 1 3/8 in diameter and 11 TPI. This HSS die is built for general-use threading on cylindrical stock, delivering reliable, accurate BSP external threads with a straightforward setup.
- Material: High-Speed Steel (HSS) for toughness, wear resistance, and long cutting life.
- Thread standard: G (BSP) external threads in accordance with DIN ISO 228; left-hand version available for applications requiring reverse threading.
- Size and pitch: 1 3/8" diameter with 11 TPI, suitable for common BSP connections in plumbing and hydraulic work.
- Thread direction: Left-hand cutting to accommodate assemblies that use reverse threads.
- Design features: Four fixing holes and a V-groove to secure the die in die stocks or holders, plus compatibility with tailstock or drill-press setups.
