Description
Repair and refresh BSP threads with the Baer Hexagon Die Nut HSS. Designed for general use, this right-hand die nut delivers precise, clean threading in tight spaces.
- Material: High-speed steel (HSS) construction for durability and consistently sharp cutting edges.
- Thread Standard: BSP (British Standard Pipe) right-hand threading, suitable for common BSP fittings.
- Size: 1/8" diameter with 28 TPI (1/8 x 28) for accurate thread restoration.
- Hexagonal Design: Hex shape provides secure grip and easy turning by hand or with a wrench in confined spaces.
- Internal Cutting Edges: Multiple cutting edges inside efficiently cut and carry away chips to restore threads.
This die nut is ideal for repairing damaged or dirty BSP threads, cleaning up existing threads, and restoring proper function so fittings seal correctly. It can be operated by hand or with a wrench, making it versatile for hard-to-reach areas. For best results, apply cutting oil and follow standard threading practices to achieve clean, accurate results.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
