Description
The Baer Circular Die HSS delivers precise external threads on cylindrical workpieces for machinists, fabricators, and maintenance professionals. Its right-hand UNF 9/16 x 18 configuration supports clean, consistent results in general threading tasks where accuracy matters.
- Material: High-speed steel construction maintains sharp cutting edges and resists heat buildup during repeated use on steel and other metals.
- Thread Profile: Standard UNF 9/16-18 right-hand threads produce fine-pitch external threads that match common fasteners and fittings.
- Body Design: Round outer shape with multiple chip-clearance holes distributes cutting pressure evenly and allows easy rotation in a die stock.
- Edge Geometry: Carefully ground teeth create smooth thread flanks without tearing or leaving burrs on the workpiece.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
