Description

The 200mm Two-Piece Machine Vice from Bison, part of the 6522 series (model 6522-200), is designed for machining tasks that demand a large clamping force. Its two-piece design, with removable grooved jaw inserts that are hardened and ground, provides a strong, reliable grip while allowing the full length of the machine bed to be utilized for long parts.

Built for durability and precision, the clamp base body and rigid base are high-quality castings that resist deformation under heavy workloads. Standard accessories include a handcrank and slot nuts for quick, secure setup, ensuring you can move from adjust to operation with confidence.

  • Large clamping force for demanding work: Delivers a secure, repeatable grip on heavy workpieces, reducing movement and improving cut quality during milling or drilling.
  • Removable, hardened, grooved jaw inserts: Wear-resistant jaws that can be swapped quickly, maintaining strong grip across varied profiles and extending jaw life.
  • Robust castings with full-bed utilization: Stable clamp base body and rigid base maintain alignment and allow use of the entire machine bed for longer parts and consistent accuracy.

This machine vice enhances workflow by offering dependable rigidity, easy maintenance, and fast setup, helping you achieve precise, repeatable results across a range of machining tasks in both professional shops and serious hobbyist setups.
