Description

The OSG Carbide Spotting & Chamfering Drill (4 mm) is engineered for quick, accurate chamfering and spot drilling across a range of materials. Made from micro-grain carbide and left uncoated, this tool delivers clean, precise chamfers with a consistent 100° angle, ideal for edge preparation and guiding subsequent drilling steps.

  • 100° chamfer precision: Delivers exact 100-degree chamfer geometry for consistent edge preparation, improving fit and reducing finishing time.
  • Micro-grain carbide durability: Built from micro-grain carbide for exceptional wear resistance, delivering long tool life and reliable performance in demanding chamfering tasks.
  • Uncoated versatility: Uncoated carbide surface provides predictable cutting behavior across a range of materials, making it a reliable choice for mixed-material projects and straightforward maintenance.

With the OSG 4 mm spotting & chamfering drill, you can quickly create clean chamfers and guide holes in a single pass, improving workflow efficiency and reducing the need for secondary finishing. Its durable carbide keeps sharpness longer, minimizing tool changes in busy production lines. The consistent 100° chamfer promotes repeatable assembly results and better product quality, whether you’re setting up, deburring, or finishing edges. This makes it a dependable choice for both professional shops and serious hobbyists who demand precision and reliability.
