Description

Meet the OSG Carbide Spotting & Chamfering Drill, a precision tool crafted from micro-grain carbide and finished uncoated. It’s designed for professionals and serious hobbyists who need reliable spotting and chamfering performance across a variety of materials, with consistent results you can trust on every job. With a 90-degree angle and a 20 mm diameter, it creates clean, precise chamfers quickly, reducing deburring and finishing time.

  • Micro-Grain Carbide Durability: The micro-grain carbide construction delivers long tool life and consistent performance for spotting and chamfering on a variety of materials, so you can complete more jobs between tool changes.
  • Uncoated Construction for Versatility: Uncoated design supports predictable cutting action and broad material compatibility, helping you avoid coating-related issues and simplifying maintenance.
  • Precise 90° Chamfering with 20 mm Size: The 90-degree chamfer geometry paired with a 20 mm diameter produces clean, accurately sized chamfers, enhancing fit and finish on prepared edges.

The OSG Carbide Spotting & Chamfering Drill helps you achieve faster setups and higher-quality finishes. Its durable micro-grain carbide resists wear, so you experience fewer tool changes and less downtime. The uncoated surface offers reliable performance across materials, enabling consistent spotting and crisp chamfers that improve part fit and finish. Whether you’re setting up a milling operation or working on manual drilling, this drill delivers dependable, repeatable results you can count on.
