The 150-175 mm IP65 Waterproof/Dustproof Digital Outside Micrometer from Insize (3108 Series) is a rugged precision tool designed for external measurements in challenging environments. With a 150–175 mm (6–7") range, it’s ideal for engineers, technicians, tradespeople, and hobbyists who work near machine fluids, coolant, or dusty shop floors.
This digital outside micrometer combines a durable carbide measuring face with a protective IP65 enclosure, delivering reliable readings even when conditions aren’t clean. It features a spherical anvil for versatile contact with complex part shapes, a high-contrast digital display with 0.001 mm resolution, and easy-to-use controls (on/off, set, ABS/INC). Powered by SR44 or LR44 batteries, and supplied with setting standards (except 0–25 mm), this tool is ready to perform reliably in daily shop workloads.
