The 630mm model of the Bison 3204 rear-mount, 3-jaw cast iron scroll chuck is designed for reliable, centered gripping on turning operations. Its robust cast iron body and precisely ground working surfaces deliver consistent performance and long service life, even in demanding shop conditions.
Supplied with a wrench and a complete jaw system—one set of reversible hard jaws and one set of outside hard jaws—this chuck is ready to tackle a variety of stock shapes from the moment it arrives.
- Self-centering three-jaw design for quick, centered gripping: holds round and hex workpieces with a single action, speeding setup and ensuring consistent runout across multiple parts.
- Ground working surfaces for precise accuracy: engineered for repeatable clamping and reduced runout, delivering reliable performance over many cycles.
- Includes versatile jaw options and a wrench: comes with reversible hard jaws and outside hard jaws, plus a wrench, enabling fast adaptation to different gripping needs without extra purchases.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
