Description
The Bison 3205 series rear mount, 3-jaw cast iron scroll chuck is designed to hold round stock securely on your lathe. With a 400 mm capacity, it’s suitable for a wide range of parts, from small shafts to larger turned components. Supplied with a wrench and a two-piece jaw set (hard top jaws and hard master jaws), it delivers ready-to-use versatility straight out of the box. All chucks are 100% manufactured at the Bison Bial factory in Poland, renowned for exceptional quality and long tool life.
- Fast, true centering with a 3-jaw scroll design: The self-centering three-jaw mechanism grips round stock quickly and evenly, reducing setup time and delivering balanced runs for reliable turning every time.
- Rigid cast-iron body with ground working surfaces: Cast iron provides stiffness and vibration damping, while ground surfaces ensure precise bite and minimal runout for consistent part quality.
- Ready-to-use jaw set with included wrench and two-piece jaws: Includes hard top jaws and hard master jaws plus a wrench, giving you immediate grip options for a variety of shapes and materials with repeatable clamping.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
