Description
The Insize 3227 Internal 3-point bore micrometer is a precision tool designed for accurate inside-diameter measurements. Its three-point contact delivers stable, repeatable readings, making it ideal for engineers, machinists, and quality-control staff who work with tight bore tolerances.
Designed for bore sizes from 62 to 75 mm (2.44–2.95 in) and capable of measuring up to 300 mm, this micrometer features carbide measuring faces for wear resistance and a ratchet stop to ensure constant measuring pressure. It is graduated in 0.005 mm increments and comes supplied with a setting ring to simplify zeroing and repeat measurements.
