The Bison 3504 series rear-mount, 3-jaw steel scroll chuck is built for demanding turning and machining tasks. Featuring a balanced scroll plate and hardened, ground working surfaces, it delivers smooth, consistent clamping and long service life. This 630mm chuck ships with a wrench and a jaw kit that includes 1 set of reversible hard jaws and 1 set of outside hard jaws. All Bison scroll chucks are 100% made in the Bison Bial factory in Poland and are renowned for exceptional quality and tool life.
- Balanced scroll plate: Ensures smooth operation with reduced runout, delivering tighter Concentricity and better surface finish on each part.
- Hardened and ground working surfaces: Provides durable, wear-resistant jaws and plates that hold accuracy under heavy use and over many cycles.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
