The Bison 3804 series rear‑mount, 6‑jaw cast iron scroll chuck delivers secure, repeatable gripping for precision turning on a wide range of workpieces. With a 400mm clamping diameter, it provides stable, multi‑jaw support while the rear mount design helps maintain rigidity and running accuracy on your lathe. Made entirely in the Bison Bial factory in Poland, this chuck features ground working surfaces to minimize damage and deflection and to deliver uniform grip across parts.
- Ground working surfaces for consistent grip: Ground surfaces reduce unintended marring and distribute clamping pressure evenly, protecting parts and improving repeatability during multiple setups.
- Six‑jaw scroll design for true, concentric gripping: The six jaws ensure superior concentricity and secure hold on both standard and irregular shapes, reducing runout and improving finish quality.
- Complete with wrench and jaw sets: Includes a wrench and 1 set of reversable hard jaws plus 1 set of outside hard jaws for fast, versatile gripping across a range of workpieces.
