Description
The MHV-100 4" / 102mm Hydraulic Machine Vice from the Vortex MHV Series is a compact, high-precision workholding solution designed for milling, drilling, and other machining tasks. It supports both mechanical and hydraulic actuation, giving you flexibility to adapt to different setups without changing tools.
Constructed with a ductile iron FCD-60 body and a bed hardened to HRC45, this vice maintains tight tolerances under demanding workloads. The clamping force can be preset for repeat use with pull-down jaw plates, delivering consistent grip and faster part-to-part repeatability.
