The MHA-100 4" / 105mm Hydraulic Machine Vice from the MHA Series (Vortex) delivers precise, reliable workholding for milling, drilling, and general machining. Built for engineers, buyers, tradespeople, hobbyists, and manufacturers, it provides secure clamping with repeatable accuracy across a wide range of projects. Its ductile iron body and hardened bed are designed for long-term performance in demanding shop environments.
- Hardened bed and ductile iron body: The sturdy ductile iron FCD60 construction combined with a bed hardened to HRC45 maintains accuracy and resists wear through repeated use.
- Pull-down jaw plates for secure, repeatable grip: Pull-down jaw design delivers a firm, positive grip on workpieces, minimizing slip and promoting consistent machining results.
- Side-lock stability for multi-vice setups: 90° side-lock precision of 0.015 mm per 100 mm and thoughtful bed height/guide block design enable reliable side locking and support mounting 2–4 vices on a single base.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
