Vortex HSS Slitting Saws are premium, metric-sized cutting tools designed for precise slotting in metalworking. Built for machinists and production shops, this 63mm diameter slitting saw with a 1mm kerf and 16mm bore delivers clean, narrow slots with reliable performance.

- Material: High-Speed Steel (HSS) with a robust DIN-standard M2 steel body
- Ground finish: Hollow ground to the bore to provide ample side clearance

Designed to slot cleanly through ferrous and non-ferrous metals, these slitting saws balance aggressive cutting with precise slot dimensions. The hollow-ground bore reduces rubbing at the arbor, helping maintain dimensional accuracy and extending tool life, even under repeated slotting operations. Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
