Description
The Robet Charles Imperial Piloted Countersink is a precision cutting tool designed for repeatable countersinking in high-accuracy machining. It features a 3-flute cutter and an integral pilot, delivering accurate hole entry, smooth cutting action, and reduced chatter for demanding applications in aerospace, automotive, and general engineering.
With an 82° included angle and a 1/4 in pilot diameter, the pilot diameter is held to −0.0005 in to −0.0015 in, delivering consistently centered countersinks and concentric seating of fasteners for reliable, high-quality results across parts and setups.
- Integrated pilot with straight shank: Keeps countersinks centered and aligns precisely with drilled holes, while the straight shank provides dependable mounting in standard milling and drilling setups.
