The Robet Charles Imperial piloted countersink is engineered for precise and repeatable countersinking in precision machining applications. Featuring a 3-flute cutting design and an integral pilot, it ensures accurate hole alignment, smooth cutting action, and reduced chatter.
Designed for a 1/8" pilot diameter and an 82° included angle, the tool rides true in a straight shank and remains compatible with a wide range of holders. Manufactured to strict tolerances, the pilot diameter is held to −0.0005" to −0.0015", delivering consistent, concentric results ideal for aerospace, automotive, and general engineering use.
