Description
The Robet Charles Imperial Piloted Countersink is built for precise, repeatable countersinking in precision machining. Its straight shank fits a wide range of holders, while the integrated pilot starts holes true to reduce wandering and rework.
Featuring a 3-flute cutting design and an integral pilot, it ensures accurate hole alignment, smooth cutting action, and reduced chatter. Manufactured to strict tolerances, the pilot diameter is held to −0.0005" to −0.0015", delivering consistent, concentric results ideal for aerospace, automotive, and general engineering use.
