Description
The Robet Charles Imperial Piloted Countersink is engineered for precise and repeatable countersinking in precision machining applications. Featuring a 3-flute cutting design and an integral pilot, it ensures accurate hole alignment, smooth cutting action, and reduced chatter.
This countersink uses a 7/32-inch pilot diameter and a 90° inclusive countersink angle. The pilot diameter is held to −0.0005" to −0.0015", delivering consistent, concentric results ideal for aerospace, automotive, and general engineering use.
