Designed for precision inspection and fixture work, the 6525-73 63mm Jaw Width Precision Inspection Vice delivers dependable, repeatable clamping for small to mid-sized parts. Featuring hardened working surfaces (HRc52-58) and a jaw range from 63 mm to 98 mm, it keeps parts square and true during measurement, marking, and verification tasks.
- Hardened, wear-resistant jaws: Jaws hardened to HRc52-58 resist wear and maintain parallelism within 4 μm per 100 mm and squareness within 6 μm per 100 mm for enduring accuracy across many cycles.
- Broad, adjustable jaw opening (63–98 mm): Flexible clamping range lets you secure a wide variety of workpieces without swapping fixtures, reducing setup time and keeping workflows moving.
