Description
The OSG Micro Carbide Drill (1.00 mm) is a precision micro-drill built for deep, hard-to-reach holes. Its long-reach design enables access to recessed features in electronics assemblies, aerospace components, and medical devices where space is tight and hole symmetry matters.
A micro spiral flute enhances chip evacuation for smooth cutting and reliable hole quality, while the SC coating boosts wear resistance, reducing friction and extending tool life in demanding machining conditions.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
