- 5% taper with tight dimensional tolerances: D = ±0.05 mm, d = ±0.05 mm, L = ±1 mm, d1 = h8. This combination delivers consistent hole size along the length and minimizes rework, ideal for dies, fixtures, and precision components.
- Spiral flute and right-hand cutting for clean, efficient reaming: The spiral geometry enhances chip evacuation and provides a smoother bore finish with predictable cutting action, reducing friction and improving surface quality.
