Toolex Die Maker Reamer is a precision HSS-E reamer designed for finishing holes in dies, molds, and metal components. Its spiral flute and right-hand cut deliver clean, accurately sized holes, making it ideal for toolmakers, engineers, machinists, and serious hobbyists who demand consistent results.
- 10% taper for controlled entry: Gradual entry reduces pushing forces, minimizes hole deformation, and improves concentricity for reliable, repeatable finishes even on hard or exotic materials.
- Spiral flute with right-hand cut: Smooth cutting action that resists chatter, delivers a cleaner hole surface, and speeds up setup and deburring across a range of metals.
- HSS-E with M35 cobalt for durability: Enhanced wear resistance and edge retention mean longer tool life, fewer replacements, and consistent hole sizes across multiple jobs.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
