The Gerardi ART640 65mm Size 1 Multitasking Self-Centering Machine Vise is a compact, rigid clamping solution designed for precision 4th and 5th axis work. Its self-centering action and robust construction deliver fast setup, repeatable holding, and reliable performance across complex parts.
- Compact, rigid base with high clamping force: Up to 16 kN of clamping power in a small, round base provides stable grip for demanding 4th/5th axis milling and multi-face operations.
- Precise, durable jaws and accuracy: 20 micron accuracy and 60 Rockwell hardness ensure repeatable positioning, paired with solid step jaws (5 mm) and compatibility with a wide range of spare jaws for different workpieces.
- Versatility and easy setup: Size 1 jaw width up to 74 mm, no stamping or pre-machining required, and a broad selection of spare jaws available for quick adaptation to various parts.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
