The Carmex Vertical Milling CMT Three Flute Insert - Threading - C25I4.0ISOMT7 is a versatile vertical milling insert designed to handle threading, grooves, chamfers, and related tasks. It pairs with compatible tool holders to deliver reliable, repeatable performance across a range of materials and production needs.
- Ground profile for high precision: The ground geometry delivers accurate thread shapes and consistent results, helping maintain tight tolerances and clean surfaces even in demanding materials.
- High-parameter performance with excellent surface finish: Built to run at elevated machining parameters while preserving top-tier surface quality, enabling faster cycles and fewer finishing steps.
- Universal threading and robust clamping with toolholding: The same insert supports right- or left-hand threads, and a solid clamping system ensures repeatable results. Toolholders include weldon shank and coolant bore for easy setup and effective cooling.
This setup provides a reliable, efficient threading solution that improves workflow, reduces rework, and supports consistent results across diverse milling applications. The universal RH/LH threading capability, together with a secure clamping method and compatible toolholders, helps streamline changeovers and maintain accuracy in busy production environments.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
