Description
Carmex's Thread Mills Multifunction with coolant is an all-in-one threading solution designed for shops that need fast, accurate threaded holes. It combines drilling, chamfering, and thread milling in a single pass, cutting cycle times and reducing tool changes.
- All-in-one operation: Drills, chamfers, and mills threads in one pass, eliminating separate drilling steps.
- Thread standards supported: Compatible with UN, UNC, UNF, UNEF and UNS thread forms for common fasteners.
- Size range: Effective for 3/8" to 1/2" nominal thread diameters with 16 TPI.
- Left- and right-hand threads: The same cutter handles both directions, simplifying setup and inventory.
- Full profile thread milling: Delivers complete thread geometry for strength and accuracy.
- Coolant-through design: Internal cooling improves chip evacuation, tool life, and surface finish.
- MT7 shank: Stable Morse Taper 7 shank for secure, rigid mounting in compatible machines.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
