Introducing the Dormer Pramet A119 3.60 mm HSS double-ended sheet metal stub drill (DIN 1897) for thin-sheet work. With two usable ends and premium HSS, it delivers reliable, repeatable holes across steel, aluminium, and stainless steel, while the steam-oxide finish keeps cutting edges clean.
- 120° conventional point with thin web: Promotes self-centering and reduces the push force required, delivering cleaner starts and more consistent hole size in thin sheets.
- Steam-oxide finish for reduced sticking: Prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge, improving chip flow and helping maintain hole roundness.
