Description
The Dormer Pramet A205 center drill is a precision HSS TiN-coated center drill designed for metric sizes (1.60 mm x 4.00 mm) in DIN 333A format. Featuring an 118-degree pilot and a 60-degree cone, it creates accurate center holes in shafts to enable secure holding in chucks or fixtures. The Titanium Nitride coating enhances wear resistance, delivering longer tool life and improved performance when drilling harder materials.
- Double-ended design for greater productivity: Two drilling ends mean more usable life per tool and fewer tool changes, helping you complete center-hole work faster and with lower operating costs.
- TiN-coated premium HSS for longer life: The TiN coating reduces wear and heat build-up, delivering durable performance across a wide range of materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
