Description
The Dormer Pramet A266 centre drill is a precision two-ended HSS-E tool built for creating accurate centre holes on shafts. Designed for use in CNC and conventional machines, it delivers reliable starting accuracy and long service life.
- Size and geometry: 1.00 mm diameter with a 3.15 mm drilling length for clean, precise centre holes.
- Tip geometry: 118° pilot transitioning to a 60° conical tip for secure centering and easy hole entry.
- Coating: Titanium Aluminium Nitride (TiAlN) coating enhances wear resistance and extends tool life when drilling harder materials.
- Material: Premium HSS-E grade, suitable for drilling a wide range of materials including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.
- Double-ended design: Two drilling ends on one body boost productivity and provide economical tool usage.
