The Carmex Swiss Line Insert for Grooving & Turning is a purpose-built cutting tool designed for Swiss‑type lathes and automatic turning centers. It enables high‑volume, cost‑efficient external grooving, back/front turning, profiling, thread turning, parting, and general turning tasks. The right‑hand configuration (model G19RW08T18BLU) is engineered for dependable performance in tight‑tolerance work and helps shops reduce cycle times and scrap.
- Grounded cutting edges: Deliver consistent, smooth cuts and stable dimensions for high‑volume production, improving surface finish and reducing rework.
- Indexed directly on the machine: Inserts can be rotated and indexed without removing the tool, enabling quick changes and reduced downtime on Swiss‑type machines.
- Coated holders provide abrasion resistance: Coated tool holders resist wear in demanding materials and long production runs, extending tool life and lowering replacement costs.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
