Description
The Carmex Swiss Line Insert – Grooving & Turning – Left Hand – G20LW20T40BLU is a purpose-built indexable tool designed for Swiss-type lathes and automatic lathes. It is optimized for high-volume, cost-efficient machining of external grooving, back/front turning, profiling, thread turning, parting, and general turning applications. The left-hand configuration (G20LW20T40BLU) helps you tackle parts with left-handed geometry efficiently in production environments.
The tool family features grounded cutting edges for clean, accurate cuts and reliable performance over long runs. In addition, the inserts can be indexed directly on the machine, enabling quick changes without removing the tool from service. Coated holders provide abrasion resistance, helping extend tool life in demanding turning and grooving operations while maintaining consistent results.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
