It’s ideal for engineers, shop-floor technicians, and hobbyists who need fast, reliable metal removal with consistent results on everything from small components to heavy-duty milling operations.

The unified spiral insert system uses a compact, multi-insert toolholder that can house 1 to 9 inserts in a small cutting diameter, giving you flexible configurations without changing tools. A unique clamping method ensures precise indexability, so every insert reindexes cleanly and predictably, aiding repeatable results with less downtime.

  • Smooth, fast cutting: The spiral design enables smooth cutting at high feed rates, reducing machining time and improving overall throughput.
  • Compact, versatile toolholder: Spiral toolholders accommodate 1–9 inserts in a small diameter, with a clamping system that guarantees reliable indexability and reduced vibration.
  • Durable, universal inserts: MT7 Sub-Micron Grade inserts with a Titanium Nitride multi-layer coating (ISO K10–K20) provide long tool life and consistent finishes across threading, roughing, and finishing.

This combination delivers confident performance across multiple materials and applications, helping you streamline setups, maintain steady cutting action, and achieve high-quality threading and milling finishes with fewer tool changes.
