JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) - Metric Fine - Right Hand - 6h - M27 x 1

The JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) — Metric Fine, Right Hand, 6h, M27 x 1 — is a precision tool designed to verify external thread diameters with reliable, quick pass/fail checks. Built for engineers, inspectors, and shop personnel, it helps determine at a glance whether a threaded component meets the maximum size limit for M27 x 1.

Manufactured from hardened steel for outstanding durability, this NoGo gauge stands up to daily wear in busy workshops. Its user-friendly design makes it easy to identify non-conforming threads during quality checks, supporting consistent assemblies and reducing rework. A distinctive red reference mark, visible on the gauge in product imagery, aids quick orientation during inspection.

• NoGo Verification for M27 x 1: Delivers clear pass/fail checks on the external thread diameter, helping you quickly sort compliant parts from those that exceed the tolerance.
• Hardened Steel Construction: Built to resist wear and maintain accuracy over time, even in demanding production environments.
• User-Friendly Design with Quick Reference: Knurled edge for secure handling and a visible red marker for fast, reliable inspections, reducing handling time and mistakes.

Using the JBO Ring Gauge simplifies quality control, accelerates inspections, and improves measurement consistency across parts and batches. It supports precise, repeatable results, helping you maintain tolerances, reduce downtime, and ensure reliable performance in your threaded assemblies.
