JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) - Metric Fine - Right Hand - 6h - M27 x 1.5

The JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) in Metric Fine is a precision inspection tool designed to verify external thread diameters on mechanical parts. Sized for M27 x 1.5, right-hand threads and 6h class, this gauge helps engineers, machinists, inspectors, and assembly teams quickly confirm that components meet exact thread standards. Use it to separate compliant parts from those that need rework, reducing downtime and improving fit confidence.

Built from hardened steel and engineered for durability, the gauge resists wear through repeated insertions and testing in demanding shop environments. Its tight tolerances ensure consistent, reliable results across many parts and operators, so your quality checks stay accurate batch after batch.

• Hardened steel construction: Delivers long-lasting durability and wear resistance, so your gauge stays accurate after years of daily use.
• Metric Fine NoGo gauge for M27 x 1.5 (6h): Precisely gauges external threads to the specified fine pitch and tolerance class, enabling quick, reliable acceptance or rejection of parts.
• Right-hand orientation with clear sizing: Fits common metric threads with intuitive use, helping inspectors work faster and reduce setup errors.

With the JBO Thread Ring Gauge, you gain a reliable, repeatable method to verify thread quality, speed up inspections, and maintain consistent dimensional control across parts and operators. Its durable construction and precise sizing minimize rework, boost first-pass yields, and give you confidence that every threaded connection will meet your specifications.
