JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) - Metric Fine - Right Hand - 6h - M3 x 0.25

The JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) is a precise inspection tool designed to verify external metric threads. Built for engineers, machinists, quality inspectors, and workshop staff, it provides a clear, fast pass/fail indication to ensure components meet exact thread size requirements without guesswork.

Made from hardened steel for durability, this metric fine NoGo gauge is designed for right-hand threads in the 6H class and M3 x 0.25 pitch. The knurled outer edge on the ring provides a secure grip during use, even in busy environments, helping you complete inspections quickly and consistently.

• NoGo verification for external metric threads: Quickly confirms non-conforming external threads against the maximum limit, enabling fast go/no-go decisions and reducing rework.
• Hardened steel construction for durability: Built to resist wear in demanding workshops, ensuring long-term accuracy and reliability through many inspections.
• Right-hand metric fine thread form (6H, M3 x 0.25) with knurled grip: Aligns with standard metric specifications for consistent measurements and easy handling in everyday use.

The JBO Thread Ring Gauge helps you streamline quality control by delivering quick, decisive checks on external threads, improving workflow and reducing downtime. Use it to verify component conformity during assembly, machining, or incoming inspection, and rely on its durable build to maintain accuracy after repeated use. With a trusted NoGo gauge in your toolkit, you can confidently identify out-of-tolerance parts and keep projects on track.
