JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) - Metric Fine - Right Hand - 6h - M6 x 0.5

The JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) is a precision inspection tool designed specifically for external threads. Built for metric fine pitches, it provides a fast, reliable way to verify M6 x 0.5 threads. Ideal for engineers, machinists, quality inspectors, and maintenance technicians, this NoGo gauge helps you confirm that threaded components meet the required size limits so assemblies fit correctly and perform as intended.

Crafted from hardened steel for outstanding durability, the gauge resists wear in demanding workshop environments and maintains accurate measurements through repeated use. Its right-hand design and easy-to-grip knurled edge enable quick, confident inspections—even when wearing gloves—making it a trusted companion on the shop floor.

• Precise NoGo verification for M6 x 0.5 external threads: Quickly determine whether a thread is within the maximum size limit, delivering a clear pass/fail result to speed quality checks and reduce guesswork.
• Rugged hardened steel construction for long life: Built to withstand daily use, resist wear, and preserve dimensional accuracy over time, even in busy production environments.
• Ergonomic, right-hand design with knurled edge: Easy to handle, easy to read, and simple to use in busy workflows, ensuring reliable checks every time.

Using the JBO NoGo ring gauge helps streamline thread inspection, tighten tolerance control, and minimize rework by clearly indicating when external M6 x 0.5 threads meet or exceed required limits. It supports consistent results across inspections and contributes to smoother production, better part compatibility, and higher overall quality.
