JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) - Metric Fine - Right Hand - 4h - M17 x 1.5

The JBO Thread Ring Gauge (NoGo) - Metric Fine - Right Hand - 4h - M17 x 1.5 is a precision inspection tool used to verify external thread diameters on components. It helps quality teams, engineers, machinists, and shop staff quickly determine if a thread is within spec, reducing rework and misfits.

Built for demanding environments, this NoGo gauge is crafted from hardened steel for long-lasting accuracy. The right-hand, metric-fine design targets M17 x 1.5 threads at the 4h tolerance, and the knurled outer edge plus a red alignment mark make handling and reading the gauge fast and straightforward.

• Precise NoGo for M17 x 1.5, 4h: Quickly confirm external threads are within the maximum material condition so you can weed out out-of-spec parts early in the QC process.
• Hardened steel construction: Built to resist wear and maintain accuracy through heavy use, delivering reliable measurements over many years of service.
• Ergonomic design with knurling and alignment mark: Provides a secure grip and quick orientation in busy shops, speeding setup and reducing reading errors.

With the JBO NoGo gauge, you gain faster, more reliable thread inspections across your processes. It helps shield assemblies from mismatched parts, reduces inspection time, and improves consistency in threaded applications, while its durable construction lowers replacement costs and downtime in daily operations.
